A people platform for founder-led small businesses, built for Build Your Vision Ltd: staff records, leave, policies and probation in one place.

BYV People Hub is a people platform for founder-led small businesses in the UK. It gives owners, managers and employees one place for staff records, annual leave, absence, policies and probation, with Build Your Vision's own HR support behind it. We built it for Build Your Vision Ltd.

![The features section of the public site, headed 'Everything you need to manage your people.', with six cards: Employee Profiles, Annual Leave, Performance Reviews, Absence Management, HR Documents and Leadership Hub.](https://www.four30.co/projects/byv-people-hub/features.webp "The feature areas on byvpeoplehub.com.")

## Where it stands
