## Who it is for

Owner-operators, founders, and teams at SMBs: retail, ecommerce, logistics, franchise, food and beverage, and service businesses. Usually the business runs on spreadsheets, group chats, and willpower, and the people inside it already know what is broken.

Strategy fits when the next move is unclear. There is a product idea without a plan, or a stack of tools without a system, and someone has to decide what gets built first.

## What the work produces

Product strategy and a roadmap. We sit with the operation, learn it cold, and map how the business actually runs. The roadmap states what to build and why, in plain terms your team can act on.

Custom apps and AI agents are separate Four30 offerings; if the roadmap calls for them, they can follow. The goal is for you to need us less over time.

Tony Blount, Owner and Executive Director of Four30 Studios, runs the company and directs a team of contractors; he does not personally build everything. He is a former air traffic controller turned product builder, and the work carries that background: high-pressure synthesis and pattern recognition applied to how a business runs.
